Rachel has experience in pediatric nutrition, medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education for a variety of disease states. Her passion lies within functional nutrition and fitness, working to prevent disease through nutrition and daily movement. She teaches barre and pilates classes for women of all backgrounds and is studying to become a NASM certified personal trainer. Rachel is a life-long learner who spends time staying current with nutrition research. She works to provide her clients with the necessary information and tools to make sustainable lifestyle changes for optimal health. She received a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Delaware and graduated with high honors from the combined MS/DI program at Saint Elizabeth’s University with a concentration in Community Nutrition & Public Health.
